I called Chris, told him I want to sell, and was able to pass him the keys as I drove away. I had to do absolutely nothing to ready my house for sale. It was a very stress-free and a white-glove experience. I’m EXTREMELY happy with his outcome!

The Character Limit on this review is not enough for me to complete this. I am just going to start by saying that “We would have never been able to get our home if we had been working with anyone other than Chris!!”

I spoke to Chris mid year 2021 when I told him that we are still on the fence and are not actively looking for a home. Start of ’22 when we were finally ready, we spoke about some of the areas we wanted to look for and have visited a few open houses. Chris not only was extremely knowledgeable but also knew whats best for us which is such a hard thing to find in this market. He was able to find our dream home in less than a month of working together and helped us through everything before, during and after the closing. He is still actively assisting us getting settled into the neighborhood, helping us find the right contractors before our move.

It is so heartening to see someone who is not motivated by the financial return but puts the best interest of their clients above anything else.
